A graduate of Fairfield University, Lisa Fournier is a seasoned professional, trained in Marriage and Family Therapy, Certified and Licensed in Addiction Counseling, and Certified in the treatment of Co-Occurring Disorders.

With years of work in private, non-profit, and community health centers Lisa is well acquainted with a broad spectrum of presenting problems and the interventions effective in promoting change. Using a client-centered approach to therapy, she views the therapeutic relationship as a sacred trust and works to create a safe and emotionally open environment wherein individuals and couples can access their own untapped resources. Reshaping, revitalizing, and repairing relationships is the life work she has chosen. She is also well versed in the areas of grief and loss, trauma, and addiction treatment.

Lisa accepts Husky A and B insurance (as an LADC), and is currently taking on new clients on a self-pay basis, with reimbursement available through some insurances.
